Under UK tax laws and HMRC/Companies House regulations, we are legally obliged to retain the following records for a minimum of 6 years from the end of the relevant tax year. These records cannot be deleted during this statutory period:
Note: These retained records necessarily include the identifying details (names, addresses, NI numbers, etc.) of the employers, agents, and employees involved in those filings. This data is archived and locked; it is not accessible to anyone (including our staff) unless required for legal compliance or court orders.
Once the mandatory 6-year retention period expires, the archived data will be automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.
